| Having the grounds / ground areas appraised the Customer should pay attention to its special-purpose designation and allowed use. Thus the appraisal is carried out proceeding from a principle of the most effective utilization of the ground, i.e. the market cost of the ground area is assessed proceeding from such use of the site, that is the most probable, physically possible, reasonably justified, corresponding requirements of the current legislation and financially feasible, that gives the maximal settlement size of the ground area cost in result.
For example, there are following kinds of a special-purpose designation and allowed use:

ground areas of settlements;

ground areas of agricultural purpose;

ground areas in country cooperative societies and garden companies;
