Brief description of documents, determining and regulating the appraisal practice of Ltd. "Specocenka"
The appraisal practice of Ltd. "Specocenka" is carried out in conformity with the Federal Law on appraisal practice in the Russian Federation, as well as with other federal laws and statutory acts of the Russian Federation, regulating relations, arising at realization of appraisal practice.

Federal Law on appraisal practice in the RF
(In edition of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 157-FL)
The law determines the legal bases of appraisal practice regulation concerning objects of appraisal, belonging to the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation or to municipal institutions, to natural persons and legal entities, for the purposes of fulfillment of transactions with objects for appraisal and other purposes.

Appraisal Standards were authorized by the decision of the Russian Federation Government on 6 July 2001 № 519
Appraisal Standards are obligatory subjects to application at defining by appraisers the kind of object cost, appraisal approaches, methods of appraisal and carrying out the appraisal services.
Appraisal Standards define:
- kind
of estimated object cost;
- appraisal
approaches and methods of appraisal;
- requirements
to appraisal, including stages of performance
of appraisal works.
At drawing up of the report on appraisal an appraiser must use the data, providing reliability of a Report on appraisal as a document, containing data of evidentiary value.

Council for appraisal practice in the
RF of 16.02.05 /authorized by the National Council for appraisal practice in the RF, the report № 15 of April,20, 2005./
"Minimal appraisal fees " define the minimal
cost of appraisal services at carrying
out works on evaluation of objects.
