Ltd. "Specocenka" renders services under License N000045 of August, 13, 2001, issued by the Ministry of property relations of the RF, with the period of validity for three years. In 2004 the License was prolonged till August, 13, 2007. The professional liability of appraisers is insured in the Open Society "ROSNO" (Insurance policy N Ã10-534807/1/32-01-50 of January, 15, 2007), term of insurance - till January, 31 2008 . The insurance liability is insured for the sum of 30 000 000 (Thirty million) roubles.

Ltd. "Specocenka" is the only appraisal company in Russia, awarded the World Prize for quality the International Star Award. On October, 27, 2003 Ltd. "Specocenka" was handed the World Prize "Golden Star for quality ". The ceremony of award took place in Geneva. The international prize has been awarded since 1975. RAO "UESA" and Ltd. "Specocenka" were among the Russian companies that were awarded the quality prize in 2003. In 2005 the company was given the quality mark of the Union of consumers of Russia.

Since 2002 Ltd. "Specocenka" has been in TOP-10 in ratings of the appraisal companies of Russia, worked out on the basis of the data of the Federal agency on management of federal property of the Russian Federation (former Ministry of property RF). Thus, Ltd.
